SHIPPING & RETURNSAll prices include complimentary standard shipping in the continental U.S. We also offer expedited shipping at checkout.
We currently only ship in the continental U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We also cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
White Orange is committed to making you happy. However, if we come up short on that goal, we have options for you.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEM
Email email@example.com with your order number if your product(s) arrive damaged and include a photo. Our support team will respond back with replacement details.
(order placed at www.whiteorangeskincare.com only) If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will issue a full refund. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specify which product you wish to return. Our Customer Service Team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.
Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. We offer free shipping on all outbound order (U.S.), and cannot reimburse the cost of returns, or issue return shipping labels.
ORDER NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).
